To provide Community, Adaptation, Respite, and Education (CARE) for individuals affected by spinal cord injury.

Our History

2014

Lauren Harmison created Camp PossAbility (501[c]3) to meet needs of individuals with physical disabilities who had high cognitive abilities

2015

First camp week of PossAbility, held at Bradford Woods

2019

PossAbility chose to focus their programs on meeting the unique needs of those with spinal cord injuries

2022

After 8 years of camp, the board of PossAbility chose to end camp weeks and focus on retreats and education. Camp PossAbility then underwent the name change to “PossAbility Unlimited”

2023

PossAbility had its first ever retreat and included caregivers; the retreat was such a success that it was decided to have retreats twice a year.

2024

Paralysis Support, PossAbility's video education platform, was debuted.
